The 79th Annual Bottorff Family Reunion
was called to order at
Secretary Carlene Bottorff, read the minutes of the 2008 meeting. Motion was made and carried to approve the minutes as read.
Rhonda Clapp made the Treasurer’s report. Collection today = $193.00 Current balance is $452.81.
Carlos Friend made the Historian’s report:

There were 42 attendees.
A motion was made and seconded to retain the current slate of officers for the coming year. Bruce Bottorff asked that he be replaced as Vice-president. Christopher Bottorff was nominated and the motion was seconded. The motion carried. The remaining slate of officers was re-elected. The officers for 2009-2010 are:
